(A) The following streets and alleys in the town are hereby designated as one-way streets and alleys so that vehicular traffic shall pass upon and along the streets and alleys in one direction only, which direction is hereinafter specified as follows:

The alley between Union and High Streets | Along the east side of the U.S. Post Office | From south to north |
(B) It shall be unlawful for anyone to operate any type of vehicle upon and along the streets and alleys in any direction other than what is specified above.
