§ 73.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. Any motorized or non-motorized two wheel vehicle not required to have a state license, and shall be referred to in this chapter as a BICYCLE only.
