§ 11.01 BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   The following described contiguous territory to the Town of Liberty, Indiana, both platted and unplatted, be and the same is hereby defined and annexed and declared to be the entire corporate boundaries of the Town of Liberty, Indiana.
   Beginning at the section stone marking the northwest corner of the northeast one quarter of section 12, township 11, range two west, and being approximately 100.00 feet north of the Liberty and Brownsville Road; thence south along the west line of the quarter section to the southwest corner of the quarter section; thence east along the south line of the quarter section, being the south line of lots six and seven Ayer’s Addition to a point opposite the prolongation of the west line of West Street; thence south parallel with the quarter section line 938.00 feet to a point 142.00 feet more or less south of the roadway running north of Witt’s property; thence east parallel with the above mentioned roadway to the center of Main Street; thence continuing eastwardly along the south property line of Clark’s Factory Lot to the center line of the B and O Railroad; thence southeastwardly along the center of the railroad to a point opposite the west line of Fairground Street prolonged; thence north along the prolongation of the Fairground Street to a point 386.76 feet south of the south line of South Street; thence eastwardly along the prolongation of and the south line of the lots facing South Street east of Line Street to a point opposite the prolongation of the east line of lots 13, 20 and 51 in the First Industrial Addition to Liberty; thence north along the above mentioned prolonged line to the center of College Corner Avenue also known as Indiana State Road #27; thence southeastwardly and along the center of the College Corner Avenue to the east line of an alley, parallel, adjacent to and abutting upon the east line of the First Industrial Addition to the Town of Liberty, Indiana; thence north to the south line of Wil-Mar Place as laid out by Miles-Richmond, Inc.; thence east along the south line of the Wil-Mar Place a distance of 321 feet; thence south 35 feet; thence east 175.77 feet, more or less; thence north to the north line of Vine Street; thence west on and along the north line of Camden Road also known as Vine Street to a point 778.50 feet east of the west line of Layman Street; thence north parallel with and 478.50 feet east of the west line of Layman Street to the south line of Union Street prolonged; thence east along the south line of Union Street prolonged 587.0 feet to the east line of the County Park Property thence north along the east line of the Park Property 592.70 feet to the northeast corner of the Park; thence west along the
north line of the Park Property and the prolongation thereof to a point opposite the east line of Layman Street; thence north along the east line of Layman Street and the prolongation thereof to the north line of section seven thence west along the section line to the east line of lot 18 Hurty’s Addition; thence north along the east line of lot 18 and the east line of the Town Water Company Land to the north line of the Water Company Land, the north line being a distance of 1789.00 feet more or less from the north line of Sycamore Street; thence west along the north line of the Water Works Land to the east line of the Richmond Pike, Federal Road # 27; thence southwestwardly along the east line of the road as it was relocated to the northwest corner of lot four Agricultural, Horticultural and Mechanical Arts Addition at the intersection of Market Street and Richmond Pike; thence west along the north line of quarter section 12 to the place of beginning.
   (B)   Which the above described territory shall be hereafter known as, the Town of Liberty, Indiana, and be within the boundaries of the same town.
