There shall be collected from the owner and/or owners of each and every lot and parcel of real estate, hereafter required to be hooked into the sewer collection facility within the town, a tap-in fee as set in the town’s utilities fee schedule. In the event that the town is required perform to an unusually large amount of work to affect the tap-in, then the owner shall also pay for the cost of the work. The tap-in fee shall be in addition to, and shall in no way affect, the monthly sewage bills.
