§ 53.208 GRINDER PUMP REQUIREMENTS.

(A) The installation of grinder pumps connected to the sanitary sewer are prohibited, except for grinder pumps existing before the adoption of this chapter and grinder pumps approved by the Public Works Department.

(B) Property owners with existing grinder pumps are the responsible for their operation and maintenance.
