§ 53.102 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAW.

(A) All provisions of this chapter, and limits set forth herein, shall comply with any applicable state and/or federal requirements now or projected to be in effect.

(B) If federal pretreatment standards or state requirements are more stringent than those identified in this chapter, then those limitations shall immediately supersede the limitations imposed under this chapter.
