§ 35.99 PENALTY.

It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or plans issued pursuant to the authority contained herein, or to willfully obstruct, hinder or delay any member of the Emergency Management Organization as herein defined in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, or any plan issued hereunder.
