§ 96.34 INTERFERENCE WITH ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   No person may obstruct, interfere with, hinder or molest the Administrator in the lawful performance of any duty authorized by this chapter.
   (B)   No person may release or attempt to release any animal that is in custody of, or has been trapped by the Administrator.

§ 96.35 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.
   (A)   Enforce all provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Animal Control Officer:
      (1)   Shall be empowered to enforce;
      (2)   May serve notice of civil penalties when appropriate for violations of this chapter;
      (3)   Shall abate any circumstance in which an animal's life appears to be in imminent peril; and
      (4)   To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Manager or the Chief of Police.

§ 96.36 ENFORCEMENT; ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   Primary responsibility for enforcing the provisions of this chapter may be assigned to one or more individuals by the Town Manager.
   (B)   The term ADMINISTRATOR is used in this chapter to refer to the person or persons assigned these responsibilities.
