(A) All graves shall be dug by town employees or by a private contractor selected by the Town Manager.
(B) A fee shall be charged for this service, as established and revised from time to time by resolution of the Council upon recommendation of the Manager.
(C) Differential fees may be established according to whether the deceased for whom the space is dug was, at the time of death, a resident of the town and whether the grave must be dug during the normal work week.
