(A) The second named street in the list of intersections set forth in Ch. 73, Sch. V is hereby designated as a main traveled or through street, and the Administrator shall erect yield right-of-way signs on the first named street and the entrance to the main traveled or through street.
(B) The effect of a yield right-of-way signs on vehicles and pedestrians shall be as provided in G.S. §§ 20-158 and 20-172.
