(A) All individual residential units and business units that qualify for curb-side pickup will be charged a solid waste collection fee per the Town of Liberty fee schedule (churches included).
(B) The solid waste collection fee will be itemized and included on the water bill and, therefore, will have the same billing cycle, due date and collection procedures.
(C) Partial payments on the combined water, sewer/solid waste collection bill shall first be applied to the solid waste collection fee.
