LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 27-1. Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning indicated:
(1)   Small farm shall mean an active farm that is at least ten (10) but less than twenty (20) acres.
(2)   The terms and definitions of Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances, Article I are hereby incorporated by reference.
