549.11 DISCHARGING AIR-POWERED WEAPONS.

(a) For the purpose of this section, “air-powered weapon” includes any device designed or capable of expelling a metal projectile by means of any compressed gas.

(b) No person shall discharge any air-powered weapon within this Village.
