Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon a second or subsequent conviction within one year of the first, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. In addition, Council may by motion instruct the Law Director to seek an injunction or other appropriate remedy to abate conduct which violates the prohibitions of this chapter.
