Persons under the age of 16 years are prohibited from being in public places or places of amusement or entertainment from the hours of 11:00 p,m, official Village time until 6:00 a.m. official Village time of the following day, unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or some responsible person over the age of 21 years, or on an emergency errand.
