92-67 11-2-92 (a) No person shall park any vehicle more than 7 feet in height as measured from the pavement excluding radio, telephone or other aerials, on the south side of West Main Street from the intersection with Delaware Street to a point 175 feet to the west of such intersection.
(b) The Village Administrative Director is instructed to install signs at appropriate locations on West Main Street containing the prohibition of subsection (a) hereof.
(c) Whoever violates the prohibition of subsection (a) hereof shall be guilty of a parking violation and subject to a fine as provided in Section 303.99.
95-65 11-20-95 (d) No person who does not have a legitimate reason to enter the Lexington Depot/Senior Center shall park a motor vehicle in the parking lot adjacent to the Depot/Senior Center between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or during the time of special events as designated on appropriately posted signs.
(e) The Village Administrative Director is instructed to install signs at appropriate locations containing the general prohibition of this section and to provide special event signs for temporary display as needed to carry out the prohibition of this section.
(f) Whoever violates subsection (d) hereof shall be guilty of a parking violation and subject to the penalty provided in Section 303.99.
