347.04 SCHEDULE IV: MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
   (a)   No person shall operate a vehicle in such a manner as to enter East Main Street from inlot 3 of the consecutively numbered inlots of this Village.
   (b)   This section shall not prohibit entering inlot 3 from East Main Street.
