For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“Motorcade” means an organized procession of vehicles, except funeral processions, upon any public street, sidewalk, or alley.
“Parade” means any march or procession consisting of people, animals, or vehicles, or combination thereof, except funeral procession, upon any public street, sidewalk, or alley, which does not comply with normal and usual traffic regulations or controls.
