(a) For the purposes of this section, the definitions of Ohio R.C. 3796.01 are adopted.
(b) The cultivators, processors, and retail dispensaries licensed under Ohio R.C. Chapter 3796 are prohibited within the municipal corporation territory of the Village of Lexington.
(c) Any person violating this section shall be subject to criminal prosecution as authorized by the Ohio Revised Code and/or shall be subject to abatement and injunction brought by the Village. (Ord. 17-06. Passed 4-17-17.)
