919.03 FEES FOR SERVICE AND RETURN.

The Chief of Police or a patrolman of the Village or the Village Administrator shall make service of the notice provided for in Section 919.02 and make return thereof in the manner hereinbefore provided and shall be allowed the same fees as are allowed for the service of summons in civil cases. (Ord. 14-20. Passed 7-7-14.)
