759.99 PENALTY.

Whosoever violates any provision of this chapter shall, on a first offense, be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A second or subsequent offense shall be punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) or a jail sentence of not more than 30 days, or both.
