(a) All Municipal police officers and civilian employees shall reside within twenty miles of the Lexington Municipal Building or anywhere within Richland County, Ohio. A map marked Exhibit A is attached to original Ordinance 91-48 showing the boundaries of this area.
(b) Should any Municipal police officer or civilian employee fail to reside within the area described in subsection (a) hereof, they shall be subject to immediate removal from office.
