139.01 POSITIONS ESTABLISHED.

(a) The Municipal Police Department shall be composed of the Chief of Police and such additional officers and employees as may be authorized by Council.

(b) These positions shall be filled only through the adoption by a majority vote of Council of a resolution appointing a specific individual to such position.
