The following locations are designated as the five public places for the posting of ordinances and resolutions adopted by Council:
(a) Lexington Municipal Building, 44 West Main Street.
(b) Lexington Branch, Mansfield-Richland County Public Library, 25 Lutz Avenue.
(c) Kell Hardware, 15 West Main Street.
(d) Geyer's Super Valu, 280 East Main Street.
(e) Richland Trust Co., 276 East Main Street.
