The owner or owners, lessee or tenant of any building or premises or part thereof, where anything in violation of this chapter shall be placed or shall exist, and any person or company who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply therewith, shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and be assessed a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day such violation or failure to comply exists shall constitute a separate offense. Any property owner, company, or individual who shall be charged with subsequent violations of the provisions of this chapter within a period of one year from the date of a first conviction shall be deemed guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and may be assessed a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days or both. In the alternative, the Municipality may seek an injunction from the Court of Common Pleas to enforce any of the provisions of this chapter.
