1309.13 SIGNS NOT TO CONSTITUTE A TRAFFIC HAZARD.
   (a)    Signs, which by virtue of their location, shape, direction, intensity or color or lighting, or which make use of the words "stop”, "look" or any other words or phrases which mislead, confuse or interfere with the safe and smooth flow of traffic on adjacent public streets shall not be permitted.
   (b)   Projecting signs, awnings or canopies shall not project within three feet of the curbline of any street, highway, alley or other public right-of-way.
   
   (c)   No Sign may be erected or displayed which obstructs or impairs the clear vision of motorists on a public right-of-way or which interferes with or confuses or misleads any motorists or pedestrians.
   (d)   Corner Clearance. No sign, sign foundation or any other solid portion of a sign structure, or any landscaping around the base of the sign exceeding two (2) feet in height shall be permitted within the triangular area formed at the intersection of a public street with another street, alley or private drive by drawing a straight line along the right-of-way line of that public street and the right-of-way of an intersecting street or alley or the edge of a private drive at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet from their point of intersection.
