The Zoning Inspector shall collect the following fees in advance of issuing a permit and deposit them in a fund with the Finance Director:

Temporary sign permits for non-profit organizations | $0.00 |
All other temporary sign permits | $15.00 |
All permanent signs | $20.00 for up to 40 square ft. Plus $0.50 per each additional sq. ft. up to $100.00 maximum. |
The sign permit fees for the replacement of lawful non-conforming signs are waived provided the new sign is in total compliance with this chapter.
