121.18 ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER.

The latest edition of Robert's Rules of Order shall govern all proceedings by Council except those matters covered in this chapter or otherwise expressly controlled by the Constitution of this state, Charter of this Municipality, applicable State statutes, or other ordinances or resolutions of this Municipality.
