Upon the failure of an owner to comply with a final order, the Law Director may be authorized by Council to seek an injunction, abatement or other appropriate remedy in a Court of competent jurisdiction. In addition, a violation of Section 1355.08(h) shall be a minor misdemeanor and upon a second offense within one year, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A violation of Section 1355.08(f) shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day that a violation shall continue shall constitute a separate violation.
