109.07 RECORDS NOT INFORMATION.
   The law of Ohio requires public records, not public information to be released. It does not require the creation of records that do not exist nor the interpretation of information in public records. Village employees are directed to refrain from these activities and direct the inquirers for information rather than documents to appropriate official, e.g. Administrative Director, Finance Director, Law Director, Police Chief or Mayor.
