(a) No person shall place, allow to be placed or upon notification fail to promptly remove from any storm water drainage ditch or other storm water facility located on an easement on their property or on the property of another within this Village any grass clippings or other yard waste.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
