109.05 COST OF COPIES.

The cost of each copy shall be ten cents (10¢) per page. No Village employee is authorized to waive this charge for any applicant. The cost of postage and mailing materials shall be the actual cost incurred by the Village. There shall be no cost charged for viewing public records, only for copies.
