109.02 REQUESTS IN PERSON.

Any person may request to inspect and obtain copies at cost of any public records by visiting the Village Hall, 44 West Main Street, during regular business hours. In order to avoid errors, requests for copies shall be in writing. A Village employee shall be present during record inspection. (Ord. 05-16. Passed 3-21-05.)
