1331.01 PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY.

This chapter is enacted pursuant to authority granted by Section 3, Article XVIII of the Ohio Constitution, and Ohio R.C. 715.26, 715.26.1, 715.29 and 715.44 and Section 3.01 of the Lexington Charter for the purpose of safeguarding life, property and health and for the promotion of the peace, health, safety and welfare of this Municipality and its inhabitants.
