(a) The following terms and conditions hereby apply to the use of the municipal seal:
(1) Use of the official seal of the Municipality is protected by copyright and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. The municipal seal shall not be used in a degrading or demeaning manner and the Municipality reserves the right to void this permit if in its sole opinion, the use of its official seal is improper or violates the terms of this application in any way.
(2) The Municipality also prohibits the assignment of rights to the use of this seal to any individual or organization other than the original applicant or for other than the specific purposes stated in this application.
(3) Applicants shall use the municipal seal in its exact form and any modifications, alterations or changes, except for size, violate the conditions of this agreement and the user of such altered seal may be guilty of copyright infringement.
(b) The Administrative Director is hereby directed to accept applications for the use of the municipal seal and to collect from each a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
(c) Any use of this seal in violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a minor misdemeanor.
