Street trees which are to be planted in the public right of way between the sidewalk and the the curb may be planted only in conformance with the Municipal Street Tree Ordinance which regulates species, variety, spacing and location of street trees.
No trees, shrubs or any other obstruction to clear vision shall be permitted within the triangular area at the intersection of any street right-of-way lines formed by drawing a straight line between the right-of-way lines at a distance along each line twenty-five feet from the point of intersection.
