The Administrative Director is authorized to adopt in accordance with Section 6.01(C)(2) of the Charter such regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter as may be necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this storm water utility charge system. The Administrative Director shall also cause to be computed and updated as necessary the monthly fee for all properties within the Village containing impervious surface except single-family residential properties.
