941.30 SERVICE TO NONRESIDENTS.
   (a)   The Municipality may, at its discretion, provide water service to persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or other entities outside of the corporation limits of Lexington if facilities are available or the extension of service is economically beneficial to the Municipality and if adequate supply is available.
   (b)   All utility customers outside of the Lexington corporation limit shall have applied to the regular utility charges listed within these regulations a one hundred percent (100%) additional charge to all metered service charged.
   (c)   The Municipality reserves the right to discontinue water service to all customers outside of the corporation limit at any time when it is deemed necessary to conserve water for customers within the corporation limit. The Water Department will attempt to provide as much notice as possible prior to termination of service to avoid inconvenience and damage to customer facilities and equipment.
