(a) Tap charge for a three-fourths inch tap shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00) and a three-fourths inch meter is included in that charge.
(b) Tap charge for a one inch tap shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) and a one inch meter shall be included in that charge.
(c) For taps larger than one inch, the tap charge shall be based upon the actual cost of labor and materials used in making such tap plus the cost of the meter and an administrative charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00)
(d) If a two inch tap is to be made with corporation and curb stop, the line to be tapped must be at least an eight inch line. The hole to be drilled for such a tap cannot be drilled in a smaller size line.
(e) All over two inch and larger size taps are made with sleeve and valve and shut off in the street at the main.
