941.07 TAPPING OF MAINS.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or any other legal entity desiring a water connection shall make application for a permit for such connection at the office of the Utilities Clerk. There shall be not more than one house or building on each tap but there may be more than one meter for each building. Each meter constitutes a separate service account.
