941.05 TAMPERING.

No person, firm, corporation or any other legal entity may connect to any municipal waste line, tamper with or remove any meter or meter seal, or insert a meter by-pass or in any way take water unlawfully or without the permission of the Administrative Director under penalty provided in Section 941.99 and also under penalty of having the water service terminated.
