(1) For an individual, a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both.
(2) For an organization as defined in Section 501.11 of the General Offenses Code, a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
(b) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of minor misdemeanor and the penalty shall be as follows:
(1) For an individual a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(2) For an organization as defined in Section 501.11 of the General Offenses Code, a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).
(c) For the purpose of subsections (a) and (b) hereof, each day the violation occurs or continues to occur shall be deemed a separate violation.
(d) In addition to the penalties described in subsections (a) and (b) hereof, Council may by motion direct the Municipal Law Director to seek an injunction or other appropriate remedy to enjoin or abate the violation.
