(a) No owner or occupant of any lot, land, or premises located within the Municipality shall hereafter use any facilities other than the facilities of the municipal sanitary sewer system for the disposal of any sewage other than surface waters within the Municipality.
(b) No person, owner, or occupant of any lot, land, or premises located within the Municipality shall hereafter use any privy, cesspool, outhouse, or private sewer of any other nature or kind located on any such lot, land, or premises, nor shall any such person, owner, or occupant discharge any sewage into any storm drain or any other place other than the sanitary sewage system within the Municipality.
