Over and above the rates and charges established, there may be established, in special instances and on special agreement between the Municipality and the owner of any premises served by the system, such additional charges for industrial wastes of unusual strength or composition which are accepted by the Municipality for t Effective on the dates set forth below, the Village of Lexington will charge and collect from each sanitary sewer customer the following rates:
(a) Effective January 1, 2022: $6.72 per each 1000 gallons of water delivered to the premises with a minimum charge of $37.58 for up to 3000 gallons.
(b) Effective January 1, 2023: $7.24 per each 1000 gallons of water delivered to the premises with a minimum charge of $40.60 for up to 3000 gallons.
(c) Effective January 1, 2024: $7.56 per each 1000 gallons of water delivered to the premises with a minimum charge of $42.51 for up to 3000 gallons.
