The current Ohio Sanitary Code and Ohio EPA Rules and Regulations are incorporated by reference as a part of these regulations as if fully set out herein. The provisions of these codes shall apply to the construction, modification, or abandonment of all sanitary sewage facilities located within the jurisdiction of the Municipality. In case of a conflict, the most stringent shall apply.
