The boundaries of the Municipality of Lexington Sanitary Sewer District No. One shall include the following land:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Richland and beginning at a point in the section line common to Section 19, Twp. 20, R. 18, Washington Township and Section 24, Twp. 20, R. 19, Municipality of Lexington, this section line also being the centerline of State Route 97 and the east corporation line of the Municipality, this point also being approximately 450 feet north of the intersection of the centerlines of State Route 97 and Castor Road (TH #423); thence, at a right angle to that section line, westerly approximately 570 feet to a point; thence, with a 90° deflection, northerly parallel to and approximately 570 feet west of the section line to a point, this point being 570 feet (as measured at right angles) north of the centerline of State Route 42; thence, northeasterly parallel to and approximately 570 feet northwest of the centerline of State Route 42 to a point in the north-south quarter section line of Section 18, Twp. 20, R. 18, Washington Township; thence, easterly on and along the north-south quarter section line to a point approximately 315 feet east of the center of Section 18; thence, southerly approximately 315 feet east of and parallel to the east-west quarter section line of Section 18, Twp. 20, R. 19, Washington Township to a point approximately 350 feet south of the centerline of Orchard Park Road, this centerline also being the section line common to Sections 18 and 19, Twp. 20, R. 19, Washington Township; thence, westerly parallel to and 350 feet south of this section line a distance of 315 feet to a point in the east-west quarter section line of Section 19, Twp. 20, R. 19, Washington Township, said point also being the east line of the proposed Lexington Industrial Park; thence, southerly along the east-west quarter section line of Section 19, Twp. 20, R. 19, Washington Township and the east line of the proposed Lexington Industrial Park to a point, that point being the southeasterly corner of the proposed Lexington Industrial Park; thence, westerly along the southerly line of the proposed Industrial Park to a point, that point being approximately 750 feet east of the centerline of State Route 97 and the east corporation line of the Municipality; thence, southerly approximately 750 feet east of and parallel to the aforementioned centerline of State Route 97 to a point; thence, with a 90° deflection westerly a distance of 750 feet, to the point of beginning. Containing 300 acres more or less.
