3-2-16: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:
It is hereby provided that in each instance where a provision of this chapter conflicts with or is different than the provisions of the Utah alcoholic beverage control act, the provisions of said act shall control. (Ord. 97-1, 10-15-1997)
