3-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
The words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings specified in the state alcoholic beverage control act 1 , unless a different meaning is clearly evident. (1980 Code § 9-412; amd. Ord. 97-1, 10-15-1997)
