Both of the municipalities named herein shall adopt and pass this ordinance during a regular meeting of its municipal council and shall evidence such adoption by properly executing and certifying separate, identical copies of the same. Such action shall evidence each municipality's assent to, approval of and agreement to actively pursue the implementation of the terms and provisions hereof, and of the interlocal agreement attached to the ordinance codified herein. In addition, each municipality shall budget for and pay its pro rata share of all expenses, if any, associated with the CRSC, as provided in said agreement, such expenses to be shared equally by both of the municipalities.
