The building inspector is hereby empowered to condemn and order repaired, removed, replaced or changed any plumbing found in any unsanitary condition or not in accordance with this chapter. Failure to comply with the order within a reasonable time is an infraction and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1980 Code § 9-566; amd. 2002 Code)
